RETURNS & REFUND

How can I return?

Purchased items can be returned within 14 days of arrival.

Please note that we currently do not provide free return labels, but we are working to change this in the future.

Please send us a messeage under

for refund instructions.  


Also, please ensure you keep proof of deposit until your refund or exchange has been processed.

What are the return guidelines?
  • Return has to be within 14 days of delivery
  • Products must be unworn and unwashed.
  • All original tags must still be attached.
  • Any included goodies must be returned.

The costs and risks associated with returns are the sender's responsibility.  Please keep proof of deposit until the refund or exchange is processed.

How can I track my order?

Once your package is shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. 
This will allow you to track your package.

When will I receive my refund?

Once the return has been inspected and approved, you will be credited with a refund within 7–14 days.
The refund will be processed using the original payment method.  Please note that delivery costs are not included in the refund.
Orders paid with a gift card, e-gift card, or store credit will be automatically refunded as a gift card.

Can I cancle my order after placing it?

As long as your package hasn’t been shipped, you can still cancel it.  Just email us your order number at support@synrg-creates.com.
We ship packages every Tuesday and Saturday.

How can I track my order?

Once your package is shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. 
This will allow you to track your package.

Washing and care instructions

To maintain the quality of your clothing and ensure it lasts as long as possible, proper care is essential.

  • Wash at 30-40°C
  • No fabric softener
  • Turn inside out for washing and ironing
  • Air dry only, no dryer!
